  • Minimum $250,000 face amount.
  • Undetectable viral load with appropriate medications.
  • High CD4 (T Helper Cell) count > 500.
  • No co-infection with hepatitis B or C.
  • Excellent follow-up and compliance with treatment.
  • No other serious illnesses that exceed Table 4/D.
  • No AIDS history in the last 5 years.
  • No history of substance abuse.
